Unfortunately, I was only able to give 5 stars. My group and I used Tulum Now Taxi Concierge during our recent trip and the service was exceptional. Our driver, Ricardo was amazing. Not only did he arrive on time but he was very knowledgeable about the area, attractions, dining options etc. We initially hired him for one night but ended up using him for multiple trips. I would recommend this service and especially Ricardo for your travel needs in Tulum.

Mr. Blackbird is amazing! We visit every year. Every one is very helpful and friendly. I never leave empty handed. Everything is locally handmade,unique and absolutely beautiful! I have many pieces and get compliments all the time. Veronika has went above and beyond for me many times! Mr.Blackbird has never disappointed me and definitely worth a visit 😎

Love this place! As a longtime local this food truck park was a welcomed addition to the community. Family friendly spot with a great selection of good food to choose from with a full bar and playground for the kids. They also have live music on Friday and Saturday night.

I went with 2 women friends, an Australian and a Mexican, to Charlie’s because they have quite good tacos. The champignon/pablano chile, is one of my favorites in Tulum. From the first contact the waiter was extremely rude, particularly to me , from the US, and my Mexican friend. And then they tried to double charge us for my friend’s two Pina Coladas, and added a 10% tip to the bill. When I calmly explained what happened to the owner, Charlie, he not only didn’t apologize in any way for the waiter’s behavior but blithely said that the 390 peso charge for 2 pina coladas was a mistake. In spite of the good food, I would never go to Charlies again and can see why it had few customers on a night when many other restaurants in the Tulum pueblo were full.

We went for the day and had a lovely time, however they charged us a fee to use the beds. I believe we bargained with them down to $800 pesos for 2 beds. We also ordered food and beverages.
It was a pretty beach, but I know there are other beach clubs that don’t charge if you order a certain amount of food and drinks.

Finding good vegan/vegetarian options in Tulum can be a challenge, but Vegetariano meets that challenge and more. Located in a lovely, rustic setting, Vegetariano offers excellent, satisfying vegan and vegetarian dishes. There are delicious Mexican local and International choices from juices and smoothies, to hearty starters and entrees, to homemade coconut based ice cream and other yummy desserts. A short distance from the highly trafficked Centauro Sur, you’ll find this healthy oasis two blocks in from the Avenida and one block to the right. Friendly service and reasonable prices complete the picture.

Wonderful place to stay in the town of Tulum. Delicious restaurant, clean and comfortable hotel, good people, good times will be had at Ginger! Thank you.

I had dinner at Mateo´s, Live Music as well as food and drinks were great, perfect mix for having so much fun!! The sunset deck has an beautiful view, perfect place for having a cocktail… Do not miss this place, keep it in your to-do list!!!
